背景技术

随着物流行业的发展,快递业务已遍布全球,无论是公司还是个人,都可以通过快递服务来达到足不出户快速拿到所需物品的目的。例如,公司可以通过快递安全及时地获取合作方提供的合作商品,一个订餐者可以通过网络订餐并由快递员快速送达。

虽然快递以方便和高效著称,但是在一些特殊行业(例如餐食和药品行业),客户对快递对象的温度、湿度、颠簸度等有着相当严格的要求,在快递运输过程中,很可能导致快递对象的状态发生大大变化,进而在达到客户手中时,已无法满足客户要求。另外,在冷链物流行业中,有必要在生产、运输、分装等全流程对物流货物进行温度、湿度等状态的监控,这样具有监控需求的对象甚至包括集装箱、货运车厢、航运厢等等。因此,目前急需实现对这些特殊对象进行监控。

发明内容

有鉴于此,本发明提供的数据监控方法及装置,其目的在于解决现有技术中无法监控特殊对象状态的问题。

为了解决上述问题,本发明主要提供如下技术方案:

第一方面,本发明提供了一种数据监控方法,所述方法包括:

数据监控设备获取监控对象的状态信息;

根据对象标识和时间标识记录所述状态信息;

将记录的状态信息写入区块链中。

可选的,所述根据对象标识和时间标识记录所述状态信息包括:

当所述监控对象的状态信息超过预设正常范围时,根据所述对象标识和所述时间标识记录所述状态信息;

所述方法还包括:

生成所述记录的状态信息对应的告警信息;

将所述记录的状态信息和对应的告警信息写入所述区块链中。

可选的,所述状态信息包括:所述监控对象的自身状态信息和/或所述监控对象所处的环境状态信息。

可选的,当所述数据监控设备是区块链节点时,所述将记录的状态信息写入区块链中包括:

若当前的数据监控设备是具有区块链写入权限的区块链记账节点,则将所述记录的状态信息写入所述区块链;

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。

本发明实施例提供了一种数据监控方法,如图1所示,所述方法主要包括:

101、数据监控设备获取监控对象的状态信息。

其中,所述状态信息主要包括:所述监控对象的自身状态信息和/或所述监控对象所处的环境状态信息。自身状态信息包括但不限于:自身温度、自身湿度、震荡程度;环境状态信息包括但不限于:环境温度、环境湿度、地理位置(如经纬度、海拔高度)。在实际应用中,可以在监控对象上安装检测装置(例如用于测量温度的温度计、用于测量湿度的湿度计、用于测量震荡程度的角速度传感器),实时检测监控对象的状态,并将检测到的状态信息上报给连接的数据监控设备。此外,可以针对每个监控对象分别设置一个数据监控设备,让该数据监控设备实时监控该监控对象的每种状态;也可以只设置一个数据监控设备,让该数据监控设备开启多个进程,每个进程监控一个监控对象。

102、数据监控设备根据对象标识和时间标识记录所述状态信息。

当安装在监控对象上的检测装置检测到监控对象的状态信息后,可以将该监控对象的状态信息、监控标识和当前的时间上报给数据监控设备,以便数据监控设备将监控标识、当前的时间(即时间标识)和状态信息的对应关系记录到本地。例如,关于一个快递箱体的温度状态可以按照“快递箱体标识:温度值:时间标识”的格式进行记录。

另外,当获取的监控对象的状态信息包括至少两种状态时,可以将所述至少两种状态按照一条数据进行记录,例如“快递箱体标识:温度值:湿度值:时间标识”,也可以分别针对每种状态记录一条数据,例如“快递箱体标识:温度值:时间标识”、“快递箱体标识:湿度值:时间标识”。

需要补充的是,根据对象标识和时间标识记录所述状态信息不仅可以让用户知道哪个对象在什么时间处于什么状态,还可以让用户通过时间线来观察状态的变化,从中发现监控对象产生的问题。

103、数据监控设备将记录的状态信息写入区块链中。

区块链技术是一种去中心化的分布式存储技术,由于其具有去中心化、信心处理过程透明、信息不可篡改、可追溯等优点,所以在将监控对象的状态信息记录到本地后,可以将记录的状态信息写入区块链中,从而可以实现对状态信息的监控和追溯。

在将记录的状态信息写入区块链时,可以定期将新纪录的多条状态信息写入区块链中,也可以实时将新记录的每条状态信息写入区块链中。在实际应用中,数据监控设备可以是独立于区块链网络的设备,也可以是位于区块链网络中的设备(即区块链节点)。

当所述数据监控设备是区块链节点时,本步骤的具体实现方式可以为:若当前的数据监控设备是具有区块链写入权限的区块链记账节点,则将所述记录的状态信息写入所述区块链(包含将所述记录的状态信息写到本地,并同步给其他区块链节点);若当前的数据监控设备不是所述区块链记账节点,则将所述记录的状态信息发送给具有区块链写入权限的数据监控设备,以便由所述具有区块链写入权限的数据监控设备将所述记录的状态信息写入所述区块链。其中,区块链记账节点可以只有一个,也可以有多个。当有多个时,每个区块链记账节点可以分别负责接收并写入不同的数据监控设备上报的状态信息,即将没有写入权限的数据监控设备分成若干组,每组对应一个区块链记账节点。另外,对于多个区块链记账节点而言,这个“多个”的数量可以与数据监控设备的数量相同,即每个数据监控设备平等,均是区块链节点,也均是区块链记账节点。

当所述数据监控设备不是区块链节点时,本步骤的具体实现方式可以为:若当前的数据监控设备具有与区块链网络通信的权限,则将所述记录的状态信息发送给所述区块链网络,以便在所述区块链网络确定区块链记账节点后,由所述区块链记账节点将所述记录的状态信息写入所述区块链;若当前的数据监控设备没有与所述区块链网络通信的权限,则将所述记录的状态信息发送给具有与所述区块链网络通信的权限的区块链网络接入设备,以便所述区块链网络接入设备将所述记录的状态信息发送给所述区块链网络,以使得在所述区块链网络确定区块链记账节点后,由所述区块链记账节点将所述记录的状态信息写入所述区块链。其中,具有与区块链网络通信的权限的区块链网络接入设备可以只有一个,也可以只有部分,也可以是全部。当只有部分数据监控设备具有与区块链网络通信的权限时,可以将没有权限的数据监控设备划分成若干组,然后每组对应一个具有权限的数据监控设备,将状态信息上报给对应的具有权限的数据监控设备,由该具有权限的数据监控设备与区块链网络进行通信。

本发明实施例提供的数据监控方法,能够由数据监控设备实时检测监控对象的状态信息,然后根据对象标识和时间标识记录该状态信息(即记录对象标识、时间标识和状态信息的对应关系),最后将记录的状态信息写入区块链中,让用户可以通过区块链远程查看该监控对象的状态,从而及时获知该监控对象的状态变化,进而及时进行相应处理。同时,通过把含对象标识和时间标识的状态信息写入区块链,通过区块链技术自身的特点,实现了被监控对象状态信息数据的不可篡改和可追溯,而且信息处理过程透明,并且实现了去中心化的分布式存储,这些特性均提升了被监控对象状态信息数据的可信度。

进一步的,依据图1所示的方法,本发明的另一个实施例还提供了一种数据监控方法,如图2所示,所述方法主要包括:

201、数据监控设备获取监控对象的状态信息。

本步骤的具体实现方式与上述步骤101的具体实现方式相同,在此不再赘述。

202、当所述监控对象的状态信息超过预设正常范围时,数据监控设备根据所述对象标识和所述时间标识记录所述状态信息。

数据监控设备获取到监控对象的状态信息后,可以将该状态信息与预设正常范围进行匹配,若该状态信息在预设正常范围内,则说明该监控对象的状态正常(例如没有变质),因此无需对该状态信息进行特殊记录;若该状态信息超过预设正常范围,则说明该监控对象的状态已经不正常(例如已经变质),因此需要对该状态信息进行特殊记录,以便后续提醒用户该监控对象的状态已经不正常。

当状态信息中的状态包括至少两种时,每种状态所对应的预设正常范围可能不同,在获得状态信息后,需要分别判断每种状态的状态值是否在对应的预设正常范围内,当其中一种状态值超过对应的预设正常范围时,可以仅记录超出预设正常范围的状态的状态值。

另外,数据监控设备根据所述对象标识和所述时间标识记录所述状态信息的具体实现方式与上述步骤102相同,在此不再赘述。

203、数据监控设备生成记录的状态信息对应的告警信息。

当数据监控设备确定监控对象的状态信息超出预设正常范围时,为了让用户一眼看出状态信息不正常,可以生成一条与该状态信息对应的告警信息,以便后续将状态信息和告警信息提供给用户查看。

204、数据监控设备将所述记录的状态信息和对应的告警信息写入所述区块链中。

在记录状态信息和对应的告警信息后,可以将状态信息和告警信息相对应地写入区块链中,以便用户可以根据对应关系获知是哪个状态信息发生异常。另外,将状态信息、告警信息写入区块链的具体实现方式可以参见上述步骤103的详解,在此不再赘述。

本发明实施例提供的数据监控方法,能够当监控对象的状态信息发生异常时,将该异常以告警的方式记录到区块链中,从而可以让用户快速获知监控对象已发生异常,进而使得用户及时进行相应处理。同时,通过把含对象标识和时间标识的状态信息、对应的告警信息写入区块链,通过区块链技术自身的特点,实现了被监控对象状态信息数据的不可篡改和可追溯,而且信息处理过程透明,并且实现了去中心化的分布式存储,这些特性均提升了被监控对象状态信息数据的可信度。

进一步的,依据上述方法实施例,本发明的另一个实施例还提供了一种数据监控装置,如图3所示,所述装置主要包括:获取单元31、记录单元32和写入单元33。其中,

获取单元31,用于获取监控对象的状态信息;

记录单元32,用于根据对象标识和时间标识记录所述状态信息;

写入单元33,用于将记录的状态信息写入区块链中。

可选的,所述记录单元32,用于当所述监控对象的状态信息超过预设正常范围时,根据所述对象标识和所述时间标识记录所述状态信息;

如图4所示,所述装置还包括:

生成单元34,用于生成所述记录的状态信息对应的告警信息;

所述记录单元32,还用于将所述记录的状态信息和对应的告警信息写入所述区块链中。

处理器中包含内核,由内核去存储介质中调取相应的程序单元。内核可以设置一个或以上,通过调整内核参数来实现对特殊对象状态信息的监控。
